According to host Mike Francesa Giants quarterback Eli Manning won’t be doing his weekly spot with him on WFAN when the football season begins. Manning has appeared on Francesa’s show for years and Francesa believes the change is because the Giants drafted a young quarterback.
“Eli has already canceled his show for this year because he doesn’t like the thought of being on that show weekly if he isn’t the starting quarterback,” Francesa said. “That’s how sure he is he’s going
to be the starting quarterback this year. He sees the handwriting on the wall.”
The Giants notified WFAN several weeks ago about Manning’s decision.
